Why is the seaside good for us?

We do like to be beside the seaside don’t we? I suppose most people do, even if we might prefer to be ‘Far from the madding crowd’ rather than crammed in on a beach with the hordes.

But nevertheless why is the seaside touted as beneficial? It’s simple.

Seaside is an anagram of disease, the only full one word anagram that I can find.

I could say that was easy, or ‘dat’ was easy. As opposed to ‘dis’ was easy.

Which could become ‘dis’ easy. Or dis-eas-e. Quite simple when you see it in the word, the English, the language of the angels.

P.S. I note that ‘I sad see’ is an anagram. When you have a disease you see sadness.

‘esse aid’ is an anagram. Esse means ‘to be’ in Latin and Corsican. When you are at the seaside it is an aid to health.
