He has apparently said ‘I really believe this is why God gave us two arms, one for the flu shot and the other one for the COVID shot’. There is a video with a lady doing sign language for the deaf.
The lady raises two fingers at one point. Whether this is the number of arms or what she thinks about the shots is unclear. The commenters in the Twitter feed think the latter.
So do I. He is a truly ignorant man at best, when you know that Covid 19 is the ‘flu then all his comments on the matter will probably be flawed at best, outright lies at worst.

Summary and conclusions
I hope that gets the point across. He is dodgy in the extreme, a liar and a fraud. A snake who will gladly give you a snake bite or two, one in each arm.

In India rebels were killed by being strapped to the muzzle of cannon and blasted to smithereens. I gather that this was done by the British in India. But they were not the only ones and the practice went back much earlier it appears.

In this case though, as Ashish Jha is in effect calling for grievous bodily harm (GBH) and attempted murder, this type of firing would be very appropriate.
But personally, whilst quick no doubt, I think karma would dictate that being strapped to a chair and injecting with the vaccines (in both arms of course) would be far more suitable.
We can then see whether the vaccines work. We may have to wait a bit and try more vaccines if the first don’t work.
But I am patient, the world has waited long enough for justice and it will come assuredly.
