The following has been submitted by one of my 2 followers. I consider it worthwhile including as a ‘Special’ in this establishment.
And I hope all those who intend to vote in the upcoming presidential election in the United States of America will give this due consideration.
Background
Joe Biden’s full name is Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. I don’t suppose many Americans know his middle name. Why should they? Middle names can be used instead of the first name if the owner of the name prefers, but it’s not common I think.
I also don’t suppose that many Americans know the meaning of his middle name. It only came to my attention because my wife, an ex-French teacher, had told me about it a while ago.
It is from the French, and robinet means ‘tap’. Robinette means ‘little tap’. However, in French slang it means ‘penis’ and ‘little penis’. Or more strongly ‘prick’ and little prick’, ‘dick and ‘little dick’ etc. You get the picture I’m sure.
However, it should also be noted that Robinette is also a girl’s name.
So perhaps this is why Joe wouldn’t care to use his middle name. He tells us part of his family came from France according to the following site:

He has a Roman Catholic background and indeed seems to profess this faith. However, he doesn’t adhere to the moral teachings in his support for abortion etc.
We are told that Joe has suffered from a stutter from an early age and was teased at school. It is said that a teacher, a nun, was cruel in this regard. Given what else we hear about certain nuns I have no doubt it is true.
My own very limited experience was of seeing three nuns in the waiting room of the pathology department whilst I waited to have a blood sample taken.
One of the nuns was elderly and confused. The two relatively young nuns did not seem to care much for her. I was not impressed.
So I could see Joe’s experience could be only too real, so I have my sympathies. I was teased somewhat at school myself as a teenager, and it is not much fun.
Touchy-feely Joe
He has been accused of being excessively touchy feely and the photos on the internet bear this out. But he has said his family were like this, and bearing in mind the French side, I can see this is not unreasonable – after all the French do like to kiss on both cheeks and are much more affectionate in general than their Anglo-Saxon or Germanic counterparts.
Still, I do think Joe has overdone it a bit, which shows a lack of discretion and self-control.
There has been an accusation of sexual abuse, but I agree with Donald Trump that this is just false. Excessively touch-feely is one thing but sexual abuse is quite another.
It would seem in any event that he loves his second wife Jill Biden, even if nowadays he can confuse his sister and his wife.
Relationship to sister
What I find disconcerting from that is he seems to have had rather an excessive love for his sister, and she for him. She gave up her job as a teacher to support him when his first wife Neilia and 1 year old daughter Naomi died. She did this for 4 years it seems.
That’s quite a sacrifice, but as she was married, she also gave up her husband as she eventually divorced. I think that shows excessive devotion to her brother and a lack of love towards her husband. I consider her judgment to be faulty. Such things run in families.
She supported him and has been instrumental in his political campaigns, usually holding a key role.
She has joked about being ‘First sister’ in a Biden administration. I find that a bit close for comfort myself.
It is recorded that he has said ‘To the question “Does Joe Biden have a brother?” he replied, “Lucky, I have two younger brothers, I am the oldest of three and I have a sister who is the love of my life.”’

I find it worrying that he should put his sister over his wife.
It also seems to have been missed that he is the oldest of four not three. Even if he meant he was the oldest of three brothers, he sounds confused at best.
To be president, it is rather important that you can count beyond the level of reception class at primary school.
Neilia Biden
Studying her life was the first aspect of Joe Biden I examined. When I started looking at the circumstances of her death in an automobile accident on the 18th December 1972 I felt unease.
As regards Joe and Neilia;
They married on 27 August 1966 while he was still enrolled in law school. He has called his time there ”a dangerous combination of arrogant and sloppy” and ultimately graduated 76th in a class of 85. From
She and Joe seem to have been happily married and they had 3 children together, Beau, Hunter and Naomi.
As far as I can tell, Neilia was happy at least up until the success of Joe in the election to senator for Delaware. The photo of the family (without Naomi) at what I understand to be cutting of Joe’s birthday cake, would have been just under a month before Neilia died. See below for link.

It is also recorded by the Independent referring to Joe;
‘The 30-year-old underdog won the race in November 1972.
The following month, Neilia asked her husband, “What’s going to happen, Joey? Things are too good,” The News Journal reported.’ From
As regards her death, it occurred around 2.30pm when a tractor-trailer driven by a Curtiss C. Dunn smashed into the station wagon drive by Neilia. She had her children with her; she apparently was holding her daughter and the two boys were in the back seat.
She pulled out in front of Curtiss’s vehicle at a crossroads about a mile and a quarter south-east of Hockessin, Delaware. There was a stop sign on her carriageway. There are now traffic lights for each road at the intersection.
Joe has said she was Christmas shopping but I find that hard to believe. What mother in their right mind would take 3 young children Christmas shopping? They were 4, 3 and 1 years old.
As far as I can tell the family had a good home in in the state. They could have afforded someone to look after the kids, or Neilia could have asked a neighbour to care for them whilst she went shopping. In short, it makes no sense.
The police file on the accident is missing which seems suspicious. Joe is recorded later on as saying Mr Dunn ‘drank his lunch’. Yet it is recorded that Mr Dunn ran from his vehicle to the Biden’s car to help.
It may sound silly but with a name like Curtiss C. Dunn, he lived up to it – ‘courtesy done’. Indeed he was more than courteous. The family of Mr Dunn had to live with Joe’s comments and I am not sure they really got true justice or a proper apology.
Neilia and Naomi died in the accident; Beau and Hunter were badly hurt but survived. Why did Neilia pull out in front of Mr Dunn?
There are hints of this in the comments of Joe Biden and words of his sons.
Firstly with Joe it is recorded
His sister, Valerie Biden Owens, was on the phone with their brother Jimmy when she turned white. After watching his sister get off the phone and suggest they take a plane back to Wilmington, Delaware because of a “slight accident,” he could only respond with, “She’s dead, isn’t she?” From

Secondly his son Beau is reported as saying to Joe
“I had looked to Beau, as I looked to Hunt, from the time he was a child, as a source of confidence, and courage. ‘It’s going to be okay, Daddy,’ he would say. ‘I’m not going away.’” From
Thirdly Hunter says
“The first memory I have is of lying in a hospital bed next to my brother,” said Hunter while delivering Beau’s eulogy in 2015 who passed away from brain cancer. “I was almost three years old. I remember my brother who was one year and one day older than me, holding my hand, staring into my eyes, saying, ‘I love you, I love you, I love you’ over and over and over again.”

In the first quote Joe says ‘She’s dead isn’t she?’. If I heard my wife was in an accident, I believe I would say ‘What has happened?’.
Little children are very sensitive to words and pick up things that adults say that then get buried deep inside when they are painful. It seems obvious to me that Neilia was ‘going away’ leaving Joe and taking the children.
I suspect the reference to alcohol by Joe put on Mr Dunn was in fact that Neilia had been drinking, perhaps for Dutch courage as they say.
I believe the reference to ‘I love you’ by Beau was that Joe had said this to Neilia, although it could be that Neilia said this to the children just before the crash.
Quite what it was that would have caused Neilia to leave is not clear, but could have been news of some unfaithfulness of Joe. Whether that news was true or not would remain to be seen, but I believe that Neilia believed it and her world crashed about her.

At a 2012 event for U.S. military service members, Biden spoke on that sadness, saying, “For the first time in my life, I understood how someone could consciously decide to commit suicide. Not because they were deranged, not because they were nuts, because they’d been to the top of the mountain and they just knew in their heart they’d never get there again, that it was … never going to be that way ever again.” He continued, “Keep thinking what your husband or wife would want you to do. Keep thinking what it is, and keep remembering those kids of yours, or him or her the rest of their life, blood of my blood, bone of my bone, because, folks, it can and will get better.”
It seems quite possible it is not just himself he is referring to, if indeed at all, but probably to Neilia.
Relationship with his sons
But I do think Joe was genuine in his grief. He did love Neilia even if he was unfaithful. He also loved his sons who would remind him of Neilia. He has said
“And I began to commute thinking I was only going to stay a little while — four hours a day, every day — from Washington to Wilmington, which I’ve done for over 37 years,” he said in his Yale speech. “I did it because I wanted to be able to kiss them goodnight and kiss them in the morning the next day. … But looking back on it, the truth be told, the real reason I went home every night was that I needed my children more than they needed me.”
Sadly, I don’t believe Beau truly recovered from the accident and died at 46 of brain cancer.
Hunter has struggled with drug addiction, and I suspect this is down to the accident as much as anything. Children never forget, they only supress memories. This causes all sorts of problems later in life if they are not brought into the light, as it were, for healing.
Jill Biden
She was born Jill Jacobs (possibly then a part Jewish background). Her father’s surname was Giacoppa but changed it to Jacobs. According to the internet it seems Giacoppa means Jacobs anyway. See

She was married to a Bill Stevenson for a short while. He has said he thinks she was having and affair with Joe in 1974. She denies this.
He has said ‘Then one of her best friends told me she thought Joe and Jill were getting a little too close. I was surprised that she came to me.’ See

I wonder who that ‘friend’ was. I would look closely at that ‘friend’.
Bill says Jill and he knew Joe and Neilia prior to his 1972 election to the senate. As far as I can tell so far Jill has not specifically denied this, although the implication is that she didn’t know him personally.
If Joe did have an affair which made Neilia want to go away, then I don’t think any possible affair was with Jill.
Joe’s comments
His gaffe prone words are well documented. It is easy to make mistakes, but it seems clear they are getting worse.
I found this;
‘We all remember when he was forced to withdraw from the 1988 Democratic presidential primary after it was discovered that he had presented a powerful speech delivered by British politician Neil Kinnock only four months earlier.
Neil Kinnock at Welsh Labour Party conference May 1987:
Why am I the first Kinnock in a thousand generations to be able to get to university? Was it because our predecessors were thick? Does anybody really think that they didn’t get what we had because they didn’t have the talent or the strength or the endurance or the commitment? Of course not. It was because there was no platform upon which they could stand.
Joe Biden in Sept 1987 during his first presidential campaign:
Why is it that Joe Biden is the first in his family ever to go a university? Why is it that my wife… is the first in her family to ever go to college? Is it because our fathers and mothers were not bright? …Is it because they didn’t work hard? My ancestors who worked in the coal mines of northeast Pennsylvania and would come after 12 hours and play football for four hours? It’s because they didn’t have a platform on which to stand. ‘ From
Now I don’t see why Joe shouldn’t use someone else’s speech as a basis. After all ‘There is nothing new under the sun’.
I also consider that Joe’s speech is better English than Neil Kinnock.
However, it has been noted that his family didn’t work underground. I feel they missed the point; play football for four hours after working down the mine for 12 hours!? Come on Joe, you would be exhausted after 12 hours. Football would be last thing on your mind, and as for playing for four hours…
It reminds me of Monty Python’s Four Yorkshire men sketch. This is very funny because it is so grossly exaggerated.
I also note, like Neil Kinnock, he refers to ‘a thousand generations’ if you check the original speech according to

If you take the average age of a generation as 30 years, this makes 30,000 years. Universities haven’t been around that long, so the whole thing is just pure exaggeration.
Summary
I believe Joe Biden is a family man who loves his children and his wife, but who has too close a relationship with his sister. This distorts his priorities.
It seems he may have been unfaithful to Neilia for some reason, but it may be that Neilia was told a lie by someone. In any event she went away with the children and died with their daughter, in what seems like suicide.
Joe has felt guilty ever since and has at times tried to pass the blame on to Mr Dunn, something I consider despicable.
He has been caught out exaggerating and it would seem lying. Of late he is losing the plot as they say.
I cannot see how he is a suitable presidential candidate, and it is cruel that he is in that position. I hope that American citizens see straight and do not vote for him.
If he were to get into power he would be incapable of exercising it. This could leave his sister and Kamala Harris as vice president controlling the White House.
He should retire gracefully, take vitamin D which should help his mental health, and make peace with his Maker, God almighty, while he still has time.
There is always forgiveness in Christ for those who truly repent and make amends as best they can.
Well, there you have it. I am sure there is much more that could be added, but I am very grateful to this chap for sending this in.
It seems many Democrats hate Donald Trump with a vengeance beyond all reason. He and his wife Melania are said to have Coronavirus, but Democrats supporters have commented online that they hope he dies of it.
My observations are that he is good for the U.S.A. and re-electing him makes sense.
I would mention what Jesus said as recorded in Luke Chapter 18 verses 9-14. King James Version.
And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.
The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.
And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.
I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
In the presidential race there is Joe Biden for the Democrats and Donald trump for the Republicans.
The allusion is clear; Mr Trump is re publicans – he is for those who humble themselves before God.
Mr Biden is Democrat. This used to mean ‘Rule by the people’. Nowadays it really means those who think themselves better than the others whom they despise.
Oh, one more thing. In cards, those who hold the most trumps are the ones who usually win the hand.
So I would always go for trumps in my hand.
